Supplied in two useful sizes, they're ideal for everything from collars, harnesses and leads to raincoats, clothing and other washable accessories. Simply zip your items inside before washing to help prevent straps, buckles and smaller pieces from becoming tangled with the rest of your laundry.

Finished with understated Willow & Woof branding, they're a practical addition to the everyday routine, because looking after the things you use together should feel just as considered as choosing them in the first place.

Standard delivery is £2.99. Complimentary UK delivery on orders over £50.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 2–4 working days for your order to arrive. We use trusted UK delivery partners, including Royal Mail and Yodel, with tracking available where applicable.

Choose Express Delivery at checkout for faster dispatch and delivery. Where possible, orders placed before midday on working days will be dispatched the same day.

We’re currently shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

If you’ve ordered a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will always be shown on the product page before purchase.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll usually ship everything together once your pre-order is ready. If you’d like your available items sooner, please place separate orders.

Delivery & Returns

We hope you and your dog love every Willow & Woof purchase.

If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• With all original packaging and tags
• Free from pet hair, odours or damage

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Simply contact us before returning your item and we’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
