Can I amend or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt dispatch. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been placed, we’ll always do our best to help.
Do you offer products specifically for Dachshunds?
Yes. Our Miniature Dachshund Collection has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate longer bodies and unique proportions, providing a more comfortable and flattering fit.
Are your products suitable for all dog breeds?
Many of our products are designed to suit a wide range of breeds and sizes. Where a product has a specific fit, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product includes a detailed size guide to help you find the best fit for your dog. We also offer a sizing calculator on selected products. If you’re unsure, please get in touch and we’ll happily advise.
My dog is between sizes. What should I choose?
If your dog’s measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size. This allows for greater comfort and freedom of movement, particularly for dogs with thicker coats or broader chests.
If you’re unsure, our team is always happy to help recommend the best fit.
Why do you offer a Miniature Dachshund fit?
Miniature Dachshunds have unique proportions, with longer bodies and shorter legs than many other breeds. Our Dachshund-specific sizing has been carefully developed to provide better coverage, comfort and freedom of movement without excess fabric around the chest or legs.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1 working day. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout the UK and to selected international destinations. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details where available.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Please check your tracking information first. If your order appears delayed or you need further assistance, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
Occasionally we offer products before they arrive in stock. This allows customers to reserve their preferred size or style before launch.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
The estimated dispatch date will always be displayed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may occasionally change.
If my order contains a pre-order item and an in-stock item, when will it ship?
Unless otherwise stated, orders containing pre-order products will be dispatched together once all items are available.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with any original packaging.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.
