At Willow & Woof, every product is thoughtfully designed with comfort, quality, and everyday functionality in mind. As every dog is unique in size, shape, temperament, and behaviour, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure any accessory is suitable, properly fitted, and comfortable for their dog.

We recommend regularly checking the fit and condition of all accessories before use. Dog accessories, like all wearable products, are subject to natural wear and tear over time. If any item becomes damaged, worn, or shows signs of weakness, it should no longer be used.

While our accessories are designed for everyday use and tested for durability, no accessory is indestructible. Dogs that are particularly strong pullers, highly active, prone to chewing, or have behavioural tendencies that place excess strain on products may experience accelerated wear.

Certain collections and materials are created with aesthetics, comfort, and lighter everyday use in mind, and may not be suitable for very strong breeds or extreme pulling. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your dog, we are always happy to help prior to purchase.

Willow & Woof cannot accept responsibility for damage caused through misuse, chewing, scratching, improper fit, or failure to monitor product condition over time.

For the longevity of your accessories, we recommend gentle hand washing or machine washing at a maximum of 30°C where stated on the care label.

By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their pet and for supervising their dog while accessories are in use.
