Refund policy

At Willow & Woof, we’re committed to creating thoughtful everyday essentials designed for comfort, quality, and life with your dog in mind. We truly hope you love your order, however if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

To request a return, please email returns@willowandwoof.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We’re unable to accept returns on personalised, sale, or used items
- Returns must be approved before being sent back to us

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
