At Willow & Woof, we believe receiving your order should feel just as thoughtful as the products inside. Every order is carefully packed and prepared with care from our UK studio.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
UK Shipping
We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted delivery partners.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or busy seasonal periods.
International Shipping
